Working out post transplant

(Yesterday’s post. Sorry) On my stationary bike #ArmoringUp. Don’t feel like it but I’ve been working out all week to get my strength back. I can’t do much but giving it all I got 70 days post transplant. 30 minutes on the bike and 15 min of light weights.

I have to let Gabriel sleep late so I can get my workout in because he won’t let me workout. He gets up on the bike with me and stands up on the middle bar!! He hasn’t left my side since I walked in the door for Christmas.

Oh even when I do my timed planks he sits up my back and cheers me on with “go Mami go! GoMami go!” Haha. Guess it adds 30lbs resistance so I don’t mind the extra challenge.
